Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their service booking at least 2 hours before the technician's scheduled visit to Jamui or nearby locations without any penalty.

2. Service Fee Refund

Visiting/Inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician has reached your location, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair.

3. Hardware Warranty

Refunds on hardware parts (like CCTV cameras, SSDs, or Printers) are subject to the original manufacturer’s policy. Storefly provides a 7-day testing warranty on chip-level repairs.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode or UPI within 5-7 working days.
