1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Storefly, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your location in Jamui or nearby areas and the nature of the IT/Security issue.

2. Professional Expert Visit

Our lead technician, Karan Sharma, or an authorized expert will visit your site. We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to technical emergencies or travel constraints in regional areas.

3. Data Responsibility

Storefly is not responsible for any data loss during the repair of Laptops, PCs, or DVRs. Customers are strictly advised to back up their important data before handing over devices.

4. Payment Terms

Service charges are due immediately upon completion of work. For high-value hardware parts (CCTV, Motherboards, etc.), a 50% advance payment may be required.

5. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamui, Bihar.

Note: By registering on the Storefly Hub, you agree to follow these professional guidelines. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension.
1. Verification Process
All partners must provide valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card) and proof of skill. Storefly Hub reserves the right to conduct background checks before activation.
2. Service Fees & Commission
Partners are entitled to the full service fee collected from the customer. However, Storefly Hub may charge a fixed monthly platform fee or a small commission per order, which will be communicated during onboarding.
3. Service Quality & Warranty
Partners must provide a 7-day workmanship warranty for all services. If a customer reports a valid issue with the service provided, the partner is obligated to fix it without additional visiting charges.
4. Professional Conduct
Partners must wear a clean uniform (if provided) and maintain professional behavior at the customer's location. Any complaints regarding misbehavior or overcharging will result in immediate termination.
5. Punctuality
Partners are expected to reach the customer's location within the scheduled time slot. Repeated delays or unannounced cancellations will affect your partner rating and visibility.
